Waterfall WIP 3

After a hiatus on this piece (I just didn't know where to go with it!), I've discovered that cropping is my new BFF. Now to refine details in the character/background and add some real foliage instead of just... moss. :P

Also, ignore her creepy, creepy face please! It was literally the last thing I painted before deciding to call it a night, and spent all of 15 seconds on it, heh.

Sure is--are you planning on entering that too?

Looking really nice, I'm enjoying all that color and the composition strong. I especially like the strong lighting on the rocks... I presume it'll add a dramatic effect to the figure as well.

It'll be interesting to keep watching this one develop. Looking good! :)

Aww, thanks Em! :) I hope to integrate her a lot more, she is very 'pasted in' right now, I agree!

I feel like this is a good step in the right direction from other stuff I've done, it feels pretty good. :)
