Littlest Pet Shop: Friends was finally announced at a conference in Paris, on Tuesday. This is what I've been working on for the past year or so! It looks to be TONS more fun than the last game, I can't wait to talk about it more.
It comes out in October I believe. :) As usual, I'll update here as soon as new stuff is released!

You did the character designs Shelly?
Nah, I wish! Since its a licensed property all of the characters are pre-designed.
I did a lot of prop design, accessory design, and a little bit of environment design. Sadly I won't be able to share any of that until the game is out in the Fall!

Hahaha, well I am a junior artist on a team of four, so I am only helping with a few things. XD;
It IS a lot of work now that I think about it, though!
I'm not, we're working on polishing up this one right now, but my husband is working on some new projects for EA.
I'm sure it was a great experience for you, and at least you know how it all gels together now.
I didn't know both of you and your husband are an EA couple. How cool is that hehehe.

Big Congrats on the game. My brother is also in video game environment design. He also can't say what he works on till the end.
Oh my nieces would be so excited! They are obsessed with Littlest Pet Shop stuff!
I was just reading your latest blog entries and thought I'd share that my son just walked by and glanced over at what I was looking at and immediately stated, "I want one!" He's nine and loves Animal Crossings, Littlest Pet Shop, and especially all of the creatures you make! Some day I'll get to be a collector! :)
